In following State’s updated youth program regulations, we’ve designed a summer program that best meets the academic and socio-emotional needs of our kids and teens.  With safety as our number one priority, our summer programs include:

                • Breakfast, Lunch and Snack

                • Small, stable cohorts with dedicated staff leader

                • Fitness and social recreation

                • Fun daily activities focused on STEAM, Art, Socio-Emotional Wellness and more

Following State Guidelines, youth will be in stable groups of 15 youth per staff within their grade groups with social distancing measures and sanitizing / cleaning protocols in place. Masks are required for all youth and staff. We continually update and review our guidelines, policies and protocols to ensure the ongoing safety of our Club members, staff, and volunteers. *Space is extremely limited due to social distancing and stable group limitations. Please contact us for information regarding registration and wait lists. We are currently not taking online registrations due to the limited capacity.

Thank you once again for your patience as we continue to navigate the ever-changing guidelines and work to keep our Club Members, staff and families safe.

Safety Policies & Procedures

Boys & Girls Clubs of the Rogue Valley Open Door Policy

The Boys & Girls Club is a youth development, recreation based facility, not a daycare.

The Club does not take “care and custody” of Club members so please make arrangements with your child for who may and may not pick up your child AND when your child may come and go from the Club.

If you have any questions, you can reach the Membership Services staff or the Program Director at your local Club.

Boys & Girls Clubs of the Rogue Valley Safe Passage Policy

Although we operate under the Open Door Policy in which members are free to go, safety for our kids is our top priority. In order to keep our members safe we have implemented our new Safe Passage Policy. Under this policy:

  • Members must scan in and out each day.
  • Members under the age of 11 must be retrieved from the Club by a parent, guardian or other authorized adult unless otherwise specified. Please make arrangements with your child for who may and may not pick them up.
  • Members age 11 and older may leave the club un-escorted under the guidelines of the open door policy.
  • Members age 11 and older may escort other members of their household from the Club.
  • Members that leave un-escorted without written permission will face disciplinary actions up to and including suspension and termination of membership.
